About RCCG The Fountain
We have been called to raise kings for the king of kings. It has pleased the Lord to establish a fountain in this church for the cleansing of his people.
At the Fountain, we believe that every person is created for a unique purpose, a God given potential to excel in a particular area of life. This talent, like precious jewels, in each person regardless of race, colour or creed is in its uncut and unmolded state. To put it to use and perfect it, we must first identify, wash, cut and polished it by the word of God in order for it to glitter with an eternal and essential splendour, in the darkness of this world.
We do not pretend that the pruning, moulding, washing, cutting and polishing is easy, but with the right tools and your diligent application; you will be guaranteed a positive and victorious outcome.
We have been helping people do this for over 12 years. We are called to help you realise the king that is in you. Jesus is so determined to help you in this regard that he gave his life so that you can be raised and reign with him, the king of kings.
At the fountain you are given the opportunity to explore your faith at your own pace and, if it is required and/ or you are willing, a mentor will be provided for you. We know the difficulties of living a holy life in an environment of persistent and pertinent socioeconomic obligations, or to commit time to God in a society in haste where you could be left behind. We also experience the pulls of life which are at odds with our spiritual growth. We identify with the challenges of dealing with singleness, loss, bereavement, spouse betrayal etc. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ has never let these things stop us. We will use our experience in God’s word to walk with you and support you as you seek increasing spiritual engagement with our Lord.
